Getting Ready for the Annual Village Halloween Parade

The threat of rain didn’t stop crowds from lining up in preparation for the 46th annual Village Halloween Parade, the theme of which is wild things. The first float of the year features a character pledging to protect all the wild things. NBC New York’s Ray Villeda reports.
