Gas Tax Hike Goes Into Effect in New Jersey

New Jersey commuters woke up to higher prices at the pump on Tuesday. A 23-cent gas tax hike went into effect. It’s the first gas tax hike in New Jersey since 1988 and it means the state now has the sixth highest gas tax in the country. Tracie Strahan reports.
