Fatal Fire Was Caused By Child Playing With Stove: FDNY Commissioner

FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro spoke at a press conference Friday, saying the Bronx fire broke out on the first floor of the building after a child was playing with a stove. He said they quickly spread up through the five-story, 25-unit building, with the stairwell acting like a chimney.
