Feds: Arrested Restaurateur Was Cozy With NYPD

A former Harlem restaurant owner accused of running a Ponzi scheme that bilked investors out of $12 million appeared before a federal judge Tuesday as prosecutors argued he got some of that money because of his alleged ties to the NYPD. Ray Villeda reports
