Mom Accuses School of Racial Segregation

Racially segregated schools are supposed to be a thing of the past, but a federal probe has found that the kindergartners at Central Elementary School in Westchester were divided along racial lines for two consecutive years. News 4’s Jonathan Vigliotti reports.
