Ex-Fire Chief: Subway Push Suspect Attacked Me

The woman accused of killing a Queens man by pushing him into the path of an oncoming 7 train in Sunnyside last week has been in trouble with the law before. Retired fire chief Daniel Conlisk says Erika Menendez, a stranger, once violently attacked him on the street. Tracie Strahan has more.
