Everyone in NYC Jails Will Receive Re-Entry Services by Year's End, Mayor Says

In an effort to continue lowering the city’s jail population, every person in the Department of Correction’s custody will receive re-entry services by the end of 2017, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Wednesday. Andrew Siff reports.
