Ex-Sen. Espada Guilty of Theft in Partial Verdict

A jury reached a partial verdict Monday in the trial of former state senator Pedro Espada Jr., finding him guilty on four theft charges involving his health care clinics in a federal trial. A judge declared a mistrial on the rest of the counts and in the case against his son, Pedro Gautier. John Noel reports.
