Eastern LI Battles Beach Erosion for 4th Time in Month

Parts of Hampton Bays have had ocean waves take down sand dunes meant to protest the small community that sits as a barrier between the Atlantic and Great South Bay. One resident questioned whether adding more sand is actually going to stop the problem. NBC New York’s Greg Cergol reports.
