Driver Makes U-Turn After Argument, Plows Into Pedestrians in Bronx: Police

Police are looking for a driver who allegedly plowed into a group of pedestrians in the Bronx, critically injuring one of them, after his passenger got into an argument with them Monday afternoon, authorities say. News 4’s Tracie Strahan reports.
