Dolan to Church Critics: You Got a Point

Asked to respond to critics of the church, Cardinal Dolan says they’ve got a point. The church is a hospital for sinners, he said, and wants critics to express themselves gently and lovingly. Part of the shepherd’s role, he says, is to tend to the “sheep who are out there.”
