De Blasio Arrives Early to Flight 587 Memorial

Last year’s memorial service was overshadowed by Mayor Bill de Blasio’s late arrival. When the I-Team got a tip that to make sure he was on time this year, the NYPD was considering taking him there by helicopter, cameras kept a close eye on his commute. As Melissa Russo reports, the mayor wasn’t taking any chances this time.
