Cracking Down on Ticket Bots and Ticket Scalpers

Companies like Ticketmaster estimate 60 percent of the most desirable tickets are bought through the use of bots, so they’ve come up with a new system being used for Broadway shows and concert tours. Lynda Baquero reports.
