Cops, EMS Respond After Girl Plunges Off High-Rise Building

Chopper 4 was over the scene of the emergency response in East Harlem, where an 11-year-old girl plunged off a high-rise building. She was taken in critical condition to Harlem Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
