Cops Swarm Queens Park After Prop Found Near School Is Mistaken for Dead Baby

Law enforcement descended on a Queens park across the street from a school after what appeared to be the remains of a baby but turned out to be some sort of prop or doll were found there Tuesday morning, authorities said.
