The Copacabana is one of the city’s most legendary nightclubs.It’s been featured in movies and songs. And it has launched careers. Now the Copacabana, or the Copa for short, has a new home in Times Square with fine cuisine in its supper club. We get a taste, courtesy of the executive chef and owner, Alex Garcia.
