Cop Helps Speeding College Student Tie His Tie

A frazzled college student who was pulled over for speeding got a little help instead of a ticket. The Wisconsin student explained to the officer that he didn’t know how to tie the tie that he needed for an important presentation. He said he was speeding to his friend’s house to get help. Instead of giving him a ticket, the officer helped him out and even made sure it was the right length.
