Community Mourns After NYC Bicyclist Struck and Killed

The driver of the truck didn’t even know he had struck the rider, who was not in the bike lane. The number of cyclist fatalities is up in 2019 compared to 2018, from seven at this time a year ago to 10 this year. NBC 4 New York’s Rana Novini reports.
