Man Created Fake A Grades for NYC Restaurants to Post: Officials

A restaurant consultant has been arrested and accused of providing fake A grades to eateries that actually earned lower marks and had hired him to improve their standings with the Health Department, city investigators said. Andrew Siff reports.
