City Investigating Elevator Mishap That Left Man Dead

The city’s Department of Buildings and Department of Investigation are both looking into what happened with the elevator at the Kips Bay building where a man died. The building’s elevators have a litany of citations against them. NBC 4 New York’s Chris Glorioso reports.
