City Council Condemns Videos of Cops Doused With Water

The NYPD’s top brass is encouraging officers to take action after videos showed multiple cops doused with buckets of water, even getting hit with the buckets. Now there is concern there could be copycats if nothing is done to combat the behavior. NBC 4 New York’s Michael George reports.
