City Accuses Cuomo Administration of Shelter Safety Smear Campaign

The feud between Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew Cuomo is heating up again. City officials are accusing the Cuomo administration of trying to make the mayor look back by spreading a false rumor Friday about a rape in a homeless shelter. A rape they say never happened. Melissa Russo reports.
