Christie Proposes $33.8B Budget

Gov. Christie offered a budget for New Jersey for next year once again with no tax increases but he spent most of his time talking about the toxic issue of the state’s troubled pension funds. New Jersey Reporter Brian Thompson went to a school in Long Branch to find out how it played there.
