Chancellor Black?s First Day Of School Takes Her Around The City

Mayor Bloomberg‘s controversial pick for New York City School Chancellor started work Monday. Cathie Black spent her first day on the job visiting schools in all five Boroughs. The new Chancellor said that one major challenge will be trying to work around the budget gap while providing the best service for the city’s children. Roseanne Colletti reports.
