Bystanders Help The Wounded

A traumatic scene near the Empire State Building as a deadly shooting unfolds during morning rush hour. Many of the wounded were found lying in the streets, bystanders coming to their rescue. Many were taken to Bellevue Hospital and that’s where we find News 4’s Jonathan Vigliotti.
