Building Turns Away Black People, Lawsuit Charges

A Bronx landlord discriminates against black people, telling prospective tenants who are black that there are no vacancies in their buildings just moments after telling white people that the building has available apartments, according to a lawsuit filed after secret recordings were made by undercover testers.
