Building Collapse in Brooklyn Sends Rubble Flying

The top three floors of a four-story building in Brooklyn collapsed Tuesday afternoon, injuring three people, including a passerby riding a bicycle down the street as the structure pancaked, authorities said. Checkey Beckford reports.
