Brooklyn Mother Accused in Horrific & Deadly Child Abuse Case

A Brooklyn mother is accused of beating her child with a stick and leaving him to die inside a plastic bin filled with with water. And the agency in charge of protecting our city’s children is under fire once again. Erica Byfield reports.
