Brooklyn Dad Claims Pre-K Held in Dirty Basement

City officials are investigating after a father posted a YouTube video of what he says is a dirty basement being used for his daughter’s pre-K program. But inspectors found no evidence kids were regularly being kept in the basement during pre-K. Michael George reports.
