Bronx Vet Accused of Dumping Dead Animals

Westchester County Police arrested a Bronx veterinarian in connection with the dumping of 35 dead animals along the side of the Hutchinson River Parkway in Harrison. He says the allegations are false. Andrew Siff reports.
