Bratton Picked to Lead NYPD, Wants “New Day”

Bill Bratton is back for a return engagement as New York City’s police commissioner. Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio made it official Thursday, announcing Bratton was his choice to replace Ray Kelly, who’s been New York’s top cop since 2002. Melissa Russo reports.
