BK Neighbors Celebrate After City Reopens Lot

Residents of Woodhull Street in Brooklyn celebrated a minor victory Thursday when the city removed the padlock from a vacant lot they had cleaned up to use as a community-gathering spot. Tracie Strahan reports.
