Bicycle-Riding Necklace Snatcher Loose In Brooklyn

The NYPD is looking for a man who has snatched necklaces from women while riding his bicycle in at least eight separate incidents in Brooklyn over the past few months. News 4’s Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
