Behind the Burner: Autumn Cocktails

What better way to celebrate the change in seasons than a party? New York Nonstop’s Lynda Baquero and Divya Gugnani of BehindtheBurner.com have some cocktail recipes sure to satisfy guests and infuse a little bit of fall flair! PAMA Punch – ½ bottle light rum, ½ bottle PAMA. 1 liter cranberry juice, 1 c. Orange Juice, juice from 1 1/2 lemons, ice, 2 liters ginger ale chilled, citrus slices for garnish In large container, combine spirits and juices, but not ginger ale. Chill. Just before serving, pour into a large punch bowl. Add ice and gently stir in chilled ginger ale. Granish by floating orange, lemon and lime slices on top. Cider House Rules — 1 1/2 ounces Tequila Don Julio Blanco, 1 1/2 ounces fresh squeezed apple cider, 1/2 ounce club soda, 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice, 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 1/16 teaspoon ground cinnamon Combine Don Julio Blanco, fresh squeezed apple cider, club soda, fresh lemon juice and can sugar simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Cover and shake well. Strain contents into a highball glass and garnish with sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
