Beach Rebuilding Begins on the Jersey Shore

It’s the summer after Sandy and nine months later some beaches along the Jersey shore are finally being rebuilt, but the sand pumping doesn’t come without controversy, as New Jersey reporter Brian Thompson found out in Monmouth and Sea Bright Beaches.
