Banished Teacher Livestreams Self Doing Nothing

Francesco Portelos has been live-streaming himself doing nothing in what he calls a “rubber room” while he battles with the city Department of Education after being removed from Intermediate School 49 in April. He says he’s getting paid $75,000 to do nothing. Gus Rosendale reports.
