Balloons Fly in Thanksgiving Parade Despite Strong Wind

They were kept lower to the ground, and some presented a few challenges to those handling them (including one woman who got knocked down), but almost all of the balloons were able to fly as winds stayed just below levels that would have grounded them. NBC New York’s Sarah Wallace reports.
