Arrest Made in Shooting of 11-Year-Old Boy in Brooklyn

Police have arrested the man they believe opened fire in Crown Heights Thursday evening, striking an 11-year-old boy and another man who both were hospitalized. NBC 4 New York’s Jamie Roth reports.
