Alleged High Driver Causes Horrific Crash, Kills Married NY Couple, Police Say

A 23-year-old man allegedly high on drugs sped through a red light at a Rockland County intersection, causing a crash with another vehicle that left a man and woman — a married New York couple in their 60s — dead, police say.
