AG Says ICE Can No Longer Deputize New Jersey Police

The federal immigration policy allows ICE to formally deputize local law enforcement to turn over undocumented immigrants to the feds. But now the NJ Attorney General Gurbir Grewal is changing that, saying it only scares undocumented immigrants away from helping police investigations. NBC New York’s Brian Thompson reports.
