FDNY Dispatcher Retires After 36 Years

Firefighters all over the city know the voice of Brooklyn dispatcher 102, Greg Munch. For more than 30 years, he’s directed firefighting crews without the use of computers and GPS because he knows the city like the back of his hand. Now he’s retiring, Sheldon Dutes was there for his last dispatch.
