9/11 Health Bill Ready For President?s Desk

After a long legislative struggle, the 9/11 Health Bill is ready for President Obama?s signature. In a press conference Wednesday, New York Senators Schumer and Gillbrand called it a Christmas miracle. The bill will cost a total of 4.3 billion dollars over a five-year period.
