Surveillance Video Shows Boy, 8, at Deli Shooting

Surveillance video shows an 8-year-old boy outside Papa Yala’s Deli and Grocery in the Soundview section of the Bronx, where he was shot. At about 24 seconds in, the clip shows him holding his shoulder, where he was shot. He is expected to be OK.
