3 Million Celebrate West Indian Culture in Brooklyn

An estimated 3 million people lined Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights Monday for New York City‘s biggest parade. The West Indian Day parade is the climax of the five day Carnival event, that celebrates the sights, sounds, and flavors of West Indian Culture.
