21 Arrested in International Carjacking Ring That Targeted Luxury Vehicles in New York, New Jersey

The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office said Wednesday that 21 people are charged and 90 stolen vehicles worth more than $4 million have been recovered. Brian Thompson reports.
