19-Year-Old Woman Killed in Flatiron District Shooting

In two separate shootings that happened hours apart in Manhattan, a 19-year-old was killed and a 7-year-old girl, as well as a 19-year-old man, were injured. NBC New York’s Katherine Creag reports.
