12-Year-Old Admits Guilt in Shopping Cart Prank

A 12-year-old boy pleads guilty in connection with a shopping cart incident at an East Harlem mall that left a woman fighting for her life. In court on Friday, the boy admitted he helped toss the cart over a railing and that he knew people could get hurt on the ground below. Pei-Sze Cheng reports.
