12-Year-Old Among 4 Shot in Jersey City

Four people, including a 12-year-old, were shot in Jersey City on Sunday night. “They’re shooting each other and they don’t care,” one resident rattled by the violence said. “Somebody getting shot every day around here. Jen Maxfield reports.
