1 Suspect in Custody, 2nd on the Loose After Staten Island Shootout

Police said they were searching for a man who fired on officers as they responded to a 911 call on Staten Island. A second man, who was shot by police, was taken to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Tracie Strahan reports.
