Westchester School Bus Driver Drove Drunk, Police Say

The driver, who had a bus full of fifth graders on board, was acting strangely enough to the point where police initially thought he was having a stroke. He was later arrested when it was revealed he was drunk. NBC New York’s Ida Siegal reports.
